      Quite frankly, I did not find this book very helpful. Exactly like the author of Your Aura and Your Chakras - Owner's Manual, Keen is also selling us these same tools, without realizing, it seems, that they could be created uniquely by each person for their needs, likings and understandings, failing to explain the mechanism of it, its underlying principles - those of using our focused intention to create a change. It seems like this kind of approach to psychic development has taken its roots in schooling programs and as it spreads around everyone will be bending over to discharge excess energy after meditation as if the gravity has any effect on the movement of non physical energies, that seems just plain silly to me. I guess I appreciate gaining deeper understanding an a subject, knowing how things work, as opposed to being given step by step instructions, without explanation of principles involved, and without any help with troubleshooting - which I know would help people who are struggling to get any psychic info and these visualizations aren't bringing desired results.
