      It’s my belief that we are entering a very important time in humanity’s evolution; one that involves all of us. Before we can repair our relationship to our world, we must first build a greater one within ourselves. We are all connected, and what we perceive is merely a reflection of who we believe ourselves to be; what we allow ourselves to become is a gift to the whole.

      If we harm our world or each other, then we are ultimately harming ourselves. Our struggles are because we have become disconnected from life and most predominantly from ourselves. We are powerful beings, capable of much, even though we have been trained to believe otherwise. We are body, mind and spirit; an amalgam of the three, perceived separately yet none existing without the other.

      We are used to dialoging with the mind; designed to keep us safe behind a parameter that we call normal, even if normal is less than what we truly desire. Sometimes we talk to our bodies, especially when we wish
