      Inspiring - so much so that it served as part of the impetus for my husband to lose almost 100 pounds since November 06. The liquid diet recommended is available to purchase online at a wide range of prices, so shop around for the best deal on the HMR shakes.

      Interestng and inspiring personal story; but the practical advice seems trite to me. I'd rather hear more about the liquid protein diet he followed than his advice that a dieter needs support groups.
