      I like this book for both its message and pictures. Carlstrom outlines God's creation of the earth and animals and shows his appreciation. He wants his readers to do the same. The illustrations in this book are beautiful! The color scheme that Cowdrey used in his pictures makes the animals look real. I also like the bible scriptures quoted throughout the book and the days of the week outlining the number of days it took God to create the earth. This book does have a religious aspect to it; therefore, everyone may not want to read it. But I thought the book was nice.
