    I have always had an interest in Indigenous cultures worldwide as well as issues affecting our environment and the impact our way of life is having upon our world. This collection of poems and story length poetry, is written with what I have learnt in mind and is in no way intended to be first hand accounts of what has happened. War of Buffaloes for example is merely written as an insight and could never replace true accounts of the events that happened during in that turbulent and traumatic time in American history among the many Indigenous Nations of the Americas. I simply put myself in the shoes of the people and situations I write about, whilst communicting the issues involved.
