Author

Bernard King

Bernard King was born in Holyhead in the UK, but the family moved within two week to London. He spent an exciting, if hairaising, childhood during the London blitz, being evacuated to safety when it had finished. In the early sixties he wrote comedy scripts for radio and TV for most of the big names of the time. Switching to a saner business he built up a successful electronic service company, although continued writing the odd piece for BBC radio. In the ninties he wrote his first novel but it took ten years before his sixth, SELLEBRITY was published. His seventh, TOTAL COMMITMENT, has recently been followed by IMAGINE. Between novels he has written four books of children's stories, that record healthy sales all over the world. BEHIND OLYMPIA, a film scrip he wrote many years ago, is being turned into another novel.

Excellent! We are planning a pool and I have all the fears that go along with that. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It is witty and funny and sarcastic and had me giggling and laughing the whole way through. Only wish some of the typos would be fixed. Even so I would greatly recommend it to a friend for enjoyable reading.
