    Forward:

Dear Reader, I’m normally a writer of Spiritual and paranormally related books since I’ve studied those subjects and had many experiences in those areas for almost forty years.

My other great interest in literature since I was a kid was to read science fiction and I must have read several thousand sci fi and fantasy books in my life and have a personal collection of at least one thousand volumes.

What I wanted to accomplish in this my first true science fiction novel was to leverage a lot of what I’ve learned over the years about spiritual and paranormal abilities, and to provide a great story and thought provoking theme. You will judge if my efforts were successful.

Here is where I put some of my own experiences and knowledge to work writing this story:

First, I remember before I was born, and the process of being born. Unusual I know, but almost all of the experience written about here is as I remember it.

Secondly, I have written about the development of many psychic abilities from my research and have particular expertise with Prophecy, since I’ve had many experiences in that area since I was a young man. Therefore, the parts of the book having to do with seeing the future and avoiding accidents is based on my own experiences.

Many of these psychic abilities like teleportation I have not experienced, but have read enough case histories and done enough research to have a pretty good idea of what those who have experienced it say is possible and how it’s done.

I am an engineer, and I have always read about new technologies and possible technologies for space flight. Having worked with the space program for several years, and understanding the physics of spacecraft and their designs I tried to portray a realistic set of possible designs for the spacecraft used in different eras based on what technologies might be available then.

It was a lot of fun designing spacecraft in the different eras to satisfy different travel and living needs. Some of this work was based on books about space habitats written by Gerard O’Neil in the nineteen seventies.

My books on physical immortality were based on research, talking with some purported real immortals, my own spiritual experiences, and has given me a pretty educated perspective on what might happen to a person who could live as long as the main character Steven does in the story. My main immortality book is Physical Immortality: A History and How to Guide

The structure of the Gods and goddesses which Walker introduces it is pretty much as I was told by the beings covered in my book The Commentaries of Living Immortals.

One of the other ideas I wanted to explore was the idea of multiple universes. Not just that there may be parallel dimensions, but that maybe other universe could be created from outside of ours with different properties. If that is possible then maybe something lies beyond the beyond. George Cantor was a mathematician who explored far out concepts including infinity to the infinite power which he called Aleph. I was trying to reach for that level of impossibility in my story.

I’ve always loved themes or story ideas that try to break the bounds of thought or break out of the box of reality as much as possible. I’ve carried this idea as far as I can think of in the far future and hope you enjoy how it all works out.

    Prologue:

The universe is much older, much bigger, and has many more dimensions than even the most far out speculative physicists ever tried to imagine.

There are universes within universes. Each has its own properties and potentials, and life exists everywhere in a tremendous diversity.

Life has everything from what we would see as true galactic and universe spanning Gods to your one celled life forms. Life exists even to the atomic level and smaller still…

Existence can be everything from carbon based life as we know it, to silicon substituting for carbon, and a whole plethora of incorporeal beings. The diversity of spirit in the nonphysical realm is even more extant than the physical world.

Life also has tremendous age, from trillions of years old to being born in this moment now.

Yes, I know that scientists say that the universe is only fifteen billion years old, but the vision and creativity of even our best minds is still too limited to see the reality that is out there waiting for us.

There are entities that see a billion years as a second, and have lived since before creation. Some of them live outside of time itself.

These entities have the powers of Gods and plans we can’t even envision that exist on unimaginable scales and take eons beyond eons to reach fruition.

There is also a conflict which has always existed between the Gods who have different long range plans. When I say long range I mean beyond the scope of our universe. We can’t even guess at some of their goals and would probably go insane if one of them tried to put the concept into our minds.

Suffice it to say that these Gods of reality have a conflict. A conflict between entropy and randomness. Between knowledge and ignorance. Between absolute love, growth, creation, and being a machine like intelligence.

Who is to say which is the right belief system and plan? It is not about right or wrong it is about the type of existence we want as consciousness for ourselves.

We are part of their plan. Even though we are as a mote of dust in a galaxy, we serve as instruments to these grand plans. Indeed, there are plans within plans.

It may sound unbelievable to say that Earth figures into these plans in a big way. Not because Earth is so important in itself, but because by chance, Earth has become a nexus in time, space, and creation.

Some places have to be more important to certain events than others, right? –Even in a universal or extra universal conflict.

A physical being has advantages. It lives reality more vibrantly than the ghosts of consciousness. A physical being also sees some details the others don’t. Fear of death is also a motivator.

The conflict between two alien spirits and ways of thinking had been set in motion billions of years ago when one invaded the Universe of the other. It took a specific chain of events to set a solution in motion.

One human was destined to be a critical factor in this conflict. He didn’t act alone, he acted with many others. His actions led to a web of changes critical to the growth of reality.

He had no idea that his being a factor in the evolution of universes was pre-ordained by the Gods of Reality who had made him an instrument of their unknowable goals.

Every fantasy and thought we can think of creates its own reality. Thus it was that the being we will call Steven started creating his new reality to conform to the God’s ultimate plan for him and for the evolution of the greater reality.

Eventually this being would play a more critical role than anyone could conceive…..

    Introduction

I have a story to tell you mortals which you will not believe. It is published here in the open for all to see, but you will not believe it since it’s too incredible and must have been written by an insane person.

Therefore, I’ve classified this book as fiction so nobody has to worry and lose sleep about the possible disasters that may befall mankind in the future. Heh heh. Of course the events described here never happened and are just figments of my imagination…or you may believe what you want.

This story has already occurred and was sent back from the future in a manner nobody alive in your era can comprehend. Why? Maybe as a warning. Maybe to help you the reader understand your place in creation. Why did I send it here?

It was sent here since this time of centuries in human history is the great realm of the written word. After this period in history, nobody will want to read stories like this anymore. Your future descendants will have a much richer tapestry of the universe and life in it to capture their imaginations.

We are all living in dangers for our spirits which we do not even comprehend. The true aliens on this Earth are engaged in a battle which exceeds the bounds of creation and few even realize the battle exists.

Only a few secret individuals fight the aliens in secret and nobody even believes that these allies of humanity really exist.

Such is the nature of the true reality. Most people live in narrowly defined boxes of belief and curiosity. They hardly ever open themselves up to new experiences and possibilities.

If you can handle it, This story will break the chains of your unimaginative and boring lives and make you the reader aware of the truth—which is stranger than the strangest fiction.

If you are ready to learn more, then let’s start at the beginning of my life—no even further back—before the beginning of my life and how I came to be….

A man is great by deeds, not by birth-Chanakya

Chapter 1: My decision to be born

Being part of a group consciousness was very fulfilling. My consciousness was one of those masters overseeing the earth. It was beyond any mortal experience.

However, something was missing…I felt the need to send part of myself back to Earth for more experience to help out humanity. What was the reason? I existed at a very high vibrational level as a result of many lifetimes of experience on earth. However, the reasons to go back were something I wasn’t totally aware of in my conscious mind.

My friends who were like me told me I didn’t need to do this since I was already very much evolved—but I did feel the need to return. Was it for more experience or for something I needed to accomplish? I didn’t know the reason but I was ready to go.

It was only a small part of my being to be sent down to Earth, but I decided to include all of the memories from the time it broke off from my whole.

Separating out of part of me would be like a small death. This part of me would acquire new knowledge and experiences but would be cut off from the rest of me for some time.

Then came the separation of consciousness… It was done by deciding what memories, knowledge, and spiritual qualities I wanted to use for my next incarnation. This was a painful process of loss and my friends kept telling me that I didn’t need to do this—but my feelings were strong.

My new seed of life had some unique gifts such as the continuous memory from separation, and the buried certainty that it would have a critical mission to accomplish in life.

    **********

The small portion of my whole now existed as a new and independent entity, and became part of the spiritual seed of a baby—while losing contact with the wisdom and expansiveness of the greater whole. My point of view was shrinking and I saw the blue marble of earth in front of me.

My attention was drawn towards an area of upstate New York—(how did I know what that place was?) Then sensed that there were some five or six women who were ready to be Mom’s—my mind knew that they were pregnant but no spirit was attached within their womb yet.

One woman was right for me. I seemed to know that she and her husband would provide the best environment for the incarnation I needed to become. Again, I knew that I had a mission—and that it was important, but just didn’t know what it was.

When my spiritual seed got near her I was drawn into her-Then I was inside and made a little spark of life inside of her. It was warm and pleasant there.

As time progressed I felt myself growing and starting to move. There were bumps as my mommy moved around. Sometimes things would get tight and I had to kick for room.

I just wanted to dream and relax, but things were getting smaller inside. On no! The cord had gotten wrapped around my neck. I managed to kick and then turn around so I was not choking.

It became so tight that I felt really constricted. Kicked out and there was a release….then I was being forced through an outlet—so tight my skull felt like it was being crushed—then I was out!

Hands held me up and I start breathing. It felt like breathing cold fire! After a couple more breaths it started to feel normal-- then the doctor hit me hard on my bottom and I started choking. Couldn’t breathe—there was too much fluid in me and the shock on my bottom had dislodged fluid into my airway. Was rushed somewhere else and put into some type of chamber which helped with my breathing.

Later things calmed down and I was given to my mom. She held me, and the next day they took me home with them.

    **********

I remember much more from my early babyhood but most of it would be boring to you.

Suffice to say it wasn’t great—my parents would often hurt my ears with their yelling and I could tell that sometimes the arguments became physical—though I didn’t know why.

Our home was one of those early nineteen fifties structures on a farm outside Hammondsport, New York.

The living room was old and decorated with cheap nineteen fifties furniture, a couch, a couple of chairs, and some cheap pictures on the wall. The overall tone seemed to be a drab orange.

We had one of those old big box black and white TVs in the living room. Its cabinet was made of wood and the whole screen was only about twenty inches across. It had dial controls behind a glass protector and received two channels on the air—which was a lot in those days.

While sitting on the living room floor one day watching the television, when I was about two years old, I suddenly became aware—I came out of the daze I’d been in since my birth, and suddenly realized that I was alive.

Somehow knew that I was an independent being—the experience was the childhood equivalent of I think therefore I am. Recalled that I had a purpose—but it was still hidden.

One situation had me upset. This had to do with the TV and the fact that my parents put a sliding piece of glass in front of the controls so that I couldn’t touch the knobs and change anything or turn the set on and off.

I get very frustrated with that piece of glass and kept staring at it when they did that for what seemed like hours—but was probably only minutes.

One day while I was staring at it, I concentrated and visualized the glass just moving away from the controls—then the strangest thing happened—The piece of glass started to bulge in the middle and then it just shattered into small pieces! My Mom came into investigate and wondered how the heck I broke the glass? At least I could touch the controls from thereafter.

Mom and Dad were in their thirties when I was born and they were a hard working couple.

Dad spent all day from dawn to dusk doing farm work like planting, taking care of the animals, and the constant maintenance of machinery.

He was about six feet tall and had a wiry frame, with plenty of muscles from daily hard work. His complexion was ruddy and his hair was thinning on top. He liked to wear a plaid reddish hunter’s cap around the farm with his usual blue denim overalls.

Mom was pretty, and also very thin. Her hands were rough from all the chores she did, but she was a great Mom and always there when I needed her.

When my father came home for lunch Mom told him the story about the TV glass breaking, and I could see he wasn’t happy and had a dark look in his eyes like he wondered if I had done something bad. This look would be common in future years.

We lived on a poor farm in the boonies of upstate New York—on a hillside near Hammondsport on Keuka Lake-one of the Finger Lakes. It was cold and snowy in the winter and overcast many days around the year.

The Finger Lakes were a beauty of nature to behold. They were carved during the last ice age and were long and thin from north to south-like the fingers on a hand. On each shore down the length of the lake were gradually ascending hills; many of which were turned into farms like ours.

My family’s farm was located on that hillside, and consisted of fifty acres of land. It was divided into the largest section which grew grapes for local wineries, but the soil was often too wet so the grapes didn’t have a wine worthy crop every year.

We also had some milk cows to supplement the family income as well as crops for feeding the animals and our own family garden.

A big old barn built back around 1900 rounded out the property with a single silo next to it. We had lots of tools and other things in the barn too.

My parents had four older children—my two brothers and sisters, and I was treated with lots of love by them too.

All the kids helped around the farm after school and on the weekends. We helped take care of the vegetable garden, pigs, and picked up eggs from the hens which my folks often sold from a roadside stand.

My siblings thought I was lazy because I was often day dreaming and had to be constantly reminded to do my chores.

When I was four, I went to a local elementary school in Hammondsport. I wasn’t very popular and many of the kids picked on me.

The school served about fifty students from the surrounding area, divided into two classes; there were the grades of kindergarten through third in one room and the older kids in grades four through six in the other.

Since I had grown up with most of them on neighboring farms, a bunch of us would hang out together mainly at Jack’s farm house just down the road. Jack was always the most popular boy in the neighborhood and I was tolerated since I was his next door neighbor. We were kind of friends.

We would often play war in his sandbox, or a war between cowboys and Indians. Somehow I was always on the losing side.

One day on a hot Saturday afternoon during the summer a group of us seven and eight year olds wandered down to the old coal yard near the abandoned tracks on the edge of town.

We climbed up on the coal pile and started tossing pieces of coal around. I don’t know whose idea it was to start a coal war but it happened and I became the main target. I ducked down into a depression on the pile and coal rocks started bombarding me. I yelled at them to stop but they wouldn’t and I was getting cuts from the pieces thrown and was really afraid for my life.

Stupidly, I put my head up to yell at them to stop. That’s when the Yorling boy who was kind of sadistic decided to aim right at my head. He threw at me hard and I just barely saw a blazing missile coming…

My fear caused me to use a surge of my will power to tell it to stop and then something unbelievable happened. It was like I felt a calm shell of protection around me. The thrown piece of coal seemed to move in slow motion as it came towards me. Then it hit an invisible barrier an inch from my face and exploded into a thousand pieces.

I was so scared that I ducked back down into the hole. Everyone ran towards me yelling did you see the way it hit him?...he must be dead…Oh God our parents will kill us.

When they found me in the hole unhurt and just covered by some coal dust on my face they were happy I was okay—just so their parents wouldn’t hide them when they got home. After that these guys also started to look at me kind of strangely out of the corners of their eyes.

That night I had a dream where I was re-living my almost fatal accident by thrown coal when an elderly gentleman with white hair and a white beard appeared to me in my dream. I somehow knew his name was Master Sevestra. He said to
