    God is in no way human, although you could say that God experiences human experience.
    This is one of the inherent truths that you actually know, but have convinced yourself that you don't know, and that is, God is a Creative, Divine Process that is within all of Its creations.
    You are then, closer to God than you suspect.
    Also in this book you will learn what prayer is and why it seems that prayers don't get answered, By knowing this you will understand how prayer actually does work and how to use it to your advantage.

    I am W. Allan. I am a graduate Harris Teachers College and Washington University in St. Louis, Mizzery. I lived in Mizzery until I moved to Florida in 1984, and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I have no background in writing, and if my English Comp. Teacher knew that my ABG column was read with some enthusiasm around the world today, she would roll over in her grave. Thank God for "Spell Check" and "Grammar Correction". If I were to be allowed only one word to describe myself it would be "curious". As far back as I can remember; I have been curious about why things were as they were. Of course, I realize now that things are as they are, only as far as my perceptions interpret them to be. I have learned that reality is not all that simple. Things are as they are, only to the extent, as they appear to be to the physical senses, and we all live in a world of appearances. I have learned that if you want to find what lies inside of the inside, you must to a large extent, set aside the intellect and release the intuitions. I guess you could classify me as a "wonderer", since I have always wondered about what lies beneath the physical world that our senses present to us. I always knew there was more to reality than was apparent to the casual observer, and at that time I was a casual observer. I now reside in Bonita Springs, on the outskirts of Naples Florida. I sometimes use Naples as my place or residence, rather than Bonita Springs, simply because Naples is more well known. I have lived in Florida for some 25 years now, moving here in 1984 from St. Louis. I began writing articles some 15 years ago for a few spiritual/metaphysical magazines, but found early on that I always met with some frustration, since the normal magazine allots only 1000 words or about 1 full page to their articles, one page and no more. I learned early on that I just could not explain the difficult universal concepts that I wanted to talk about in 1000 words or less, so I quit doing that. Sometime later, I stumbled on the blog format and set up the "ANSWERS BY GOD" blog web site. This blog format offered me more latitude in writing my articles and the available space only limited by my own good sense, which I have never been accused of exercising too rigorously in the past. I still found this inadequate, since my goal was to help others understand concepts that are barely able to be grasped by the human brain, and that kind of knowledge cannot be explained in 500 words or less. So now, thanks to technology and the e-publishing book format, I can finally fully express my ideas and concepts, as I never could in the past. The ABG blog web site contains hundreds of articles, condensed in content to fit the blog format, but it's a great place to review the nature of my book material. The "Enigma" books allow me to elaborate on some articles carried in the blog, but there is much more. One important thing I have learned is that the individual personality knows no limitations. Translation; you can truly be whatever you believe you can be, so don't sell yourself short. Believe big.

      Since the beginning of time, and there was a time when time did not exist, but that's another story. Since the beginning of time, humans have looked to the heavens and contemplated their existence. Of course, their contemplated gods were not the same gods of today's modern world, but they were sufficient for the times and in a way, closer to the truth than you are today.

      In the beginning there was a new and exciting world to behold, and even though by today's standards, those first humans would be considered primitive natives, still they sensed that something caused all that surrounded them. And this has been the way ever since those heady days of first creation.

      In a way, early mankind was closer to a true understanding about the nature of that which you refer to as God. The belief in a god-like figure is not unique to the physical Earth. There are other alien civilizations inhabiting alien reality systems on alien planets, and in all, even the most advanced, there are remnants of belief in the God concepts.

      Of course, the most advanced intelligence gestalts that span many reality systems are far more along than you in their understanding of the God concept or the God enigma, which may be more appropriate. We will be introducing you to concepts that are truly beyond any comprehensive understanding, but nevertheless, that does not mean we cannot get a feel for the immense expansiveness of that which you call God.

      Let me make it clear, there is only so much you or I can understand within the limitations we are all saddled with due to the ability of the human brain to understand concepts that do not originate within this universe. That shouldn't be too hard to understand, since even the scientists of the most prestigious universities, do not understand how the universe began.

      We all operate within our own limitations at any given time, but those limitations are expanding, that is the way of the evolution of consciousness.

      There is a way to get around some of those inherent limitations of the physical brain and its logical approach to analyzing physical facts, and that is to first understand that facts follow beliefs. I realize that may sound strange since it seems to the rational thinking human brain that it would be just the opposite.

      I do not claim to understand everything there is to know about God, and I think I can speak for everyone on earth at this time. There are very ancient, advanced, mature identities, personalities of such intellectual and psychological development that you or I would not even understand their being. At that level, there is an understanding of what we shall call the God Gestalt concept.

      God is everything. Period!

      There, now I have explained it all, in a rather simplistic way, I am sure, but I think, if we start with that statement and enlarge on it, keeping it in mind, we can cover much ground.

      The problem with trying to explain something as complex as the God reality is a daunting task in itself, but to try to explain to someone who has been taught something entirely different for their whole life is a monumental chore. It would be better bring about some kind of cosmic amnesia and wipe out all previous memory of what you have been taught about God.

      I must tell you, if you have a picture of God painted on black velvet hanging in your bedroom, it's not really God, (smiling). If you really want to know what God is, where God lives, what God looks like, then you must at least for the present time, set aside your previous closely held beliefs and stretch your brain. Let your feelings and intuitions take over where the brain fails, and you will do well

      You are privy to much knowledge that you are not aware of. Have you ever had the feeling that you know something, which you really don't have any practical knowledge of? If you said yes, that's because you do. You exist in a pyramid of consciousness, which I call the God Gestalt (illustrated below),

      The God Gestalt pyramid should give you some sense of how this whole God Thing works, and we will be discussing in some detail. I wanted you to be able to see and keep it in mind, as we talk about this God presence in the next chapters.

      Basically, everything that exists is part of something else, that something else being a consciousness of a higher, more advanced state of being. God or as I prefer, All That Is, is of course at the top of the pyramid, and within His scope of perception, looks into all realities that exist, not in just your world, but in countless other worlds.

      From this, you can see that we are talking here of unfathomable intellectual development. God is not a personality in your common use of the word; God is an Energy Essence Prime Identity, there is none other.

      The good news is that you simply cannot be apart from All That Is any more than you can strip out a thought out of your mind, it is an unseen part of you as God is an unseen part of you. I realize that this is an oversimplification, and some will take offense
