About this ebook
To Alayna, growing up, with no mom and a dad obsessed with building a time machine life is hard. But being best friends with her cousin, Meril, has helped. She struggles with loss and heartbreak but, thanks to her cousin, she always has help.
Amber Ivers
I currently live in Arkansas. I have enjoyed writing since I was a child. I would take my nightmares and make them into stories for my friends. But when one of my friends stole one of my stories, to use as their own, I stopped writing. It hurt me a lot and felt betrayed. It took a long time for me to even start writing again. When I did, I shocked myself into writing a novel.I had a dream that kept coming back, so I took the opportunity to show my kids that they can do whatever they want, all they have to do is try. That is how Discovery was born.
