I loved it. I read some other reviews prior to reading this one and could not understand why people would be uninterested in the back stories of some of the best supporting characters I have ever come across. In this particular installment, it was sort of like taking a deep breath and slowing down for a minute to take in everything and everybody, like a calm before the storm. Still got the shivers, the adrenaline rush, the nightmares. Talbot still makes me laugh out loud and cringe at the same time....but I feel like I get the big picture a bit clearer. And after 5 books, obviously you are loving or love-to-hate the whole motley cast of survivors and sadly, know its going to end soon. You can feel it coming.
