Justice Girl: When The Tide Turns

    By Don Ship

There was just a bit of nip in the Spring air as Justice Girl flew over her territory. Ocean City sprawled beneath her in all of its early morning glory. She could see the beach from her vantage point three hundred feet above the bustling streets. Skyscrapers soared above her to either side as she deftly maneuvered through their cavernous shadows.

I love flying! she said to the world, though no one could hear her.

To the few people bothering to glance up, Justice Girl just appeared to be an intensely bright white-gold ball. A ball of lightning, electricity, to be exact.

Justice Girl was one of the extremely rare Alpha Metas, a woman of Power. A super human. Her Power was the ability to gather and control electricity. She could cast lightning bolts like Zeus, or roll it up like a ball around her and fly through the air at extraordinary speeds.

At the moment she was on patrol, cruising at about fifty miles per hour. Even at that low speed, few would see her. The bright sky helped to hide her from friend and foe alike. She didn’t care if her friends and admirers saw her, but she didn’t want the enemies of Truth and Justice to see her coming.

Justice Girl, Aqua Girl here, the voice emanating from her bright red mask said. First National silent alarm. Got it?

She pressed the comm button hidden below her left eye on the thick mask.

Got it, Justice Girl said, altering direction. First National Bank was just a few seconds away. ETA thirty seconds.

I’ll alert the police, Aqua Girl said. Out.

The Alpha Meta Sisterhood of Super Heroines mostly wore masks to hide their normal day to day identities. The mask was a technological wonder. Besides communications, it provided pop up holographic maps of the city and most public and corporate buildings and facilities, and a photo directory of known criminals.

Beside the mask, she was decked out as only a super heroine could be, and should be. For years the Sisterhood struggled with public acceptance, then they started dressing like comic book heroines and it was instant acceptance. Normal people could finally accept them as something good and necessary in their lives. Justice Girl’s super heroine costume was skimpier than most, but she had the body to pull it off.

Red, white, and blue were her colors. She wore a high cut blue bottom with white bustier adorned by twin lightning bolts across both her breasts, pointing toward her symbol. A wide golden belt separated top from bottom. Her thigh boots were bright red, with her symbol (lightning bolts in a V shape) on the upper front of each boot. A gold band circled the top of each boot, just an inch down and centered on the symbol. A lightning bolt also ran down the back of her five inch stiletto heels. Red latex opera gloves, with her symbol on the back of the hands, finished off her costume.

The costume showed off her gorgeous tan. And it was all crowned by her magnificent golden mane, falling in silken waves over her shoulders and down to the small of her back.

Justice Girl was the most popular of the Alpha Meta Sisters of Ocean City from the first day she reported for duty. She was gorgeous beyond compare, even among the legendary Alpha Meta beauties.

The bank came into view within seconds. The street looked normal. Sapphire blue eyes missed nothing. Justice Girl prided herself on her ability to protect the public. No criminal had accidentally hurt or killed an innocent bystander on her watch while engaged with her.

In truth, her Power gave her a great advantage. Other Alpha Metas had power over wind or water and such, but nothing dropped criminals like raw electricity judicious administered.

Justice Girl streaked straight in toward the front door. People scattered as she came in. She was well known, and they knew to stand clear of her powerful lightning ball. Just a bare second before the lightning ball struck the sidewalk, she absorbed it and dropped the last six inches. If the lightning ball had touched, it would’ve been as if a real bolt of lightning struck. She was always very carefully of city property.

Good citizens, please stand back! Justice Girl said even as she dropped. She teetered atop her tall stilettos a bare second as her breasts jounced from the impact, then she glanced around to ensure no one was too close to be in danger. The sound of sirens could be heard in the distance. Approaching. This will take only a moment.

Son of a bitch! a man cried as he skidded to a halt in the door. His comrade in crime collided into his back in their rush to escape. An amazon!

Justice Girl frowned. Alpha Metas generally didn’t like being called amazons. Unfortunately, the public latched onto the term, so that was what they called any woman with super powers.

It’s Justice Girl! the second criminal said.

It was Justice Girl, the first said, aiming his pistol at her head. After today, she’ll be Dead Girl.

Justice Girl leapt high, snapping up her ball of lightning. The bank robber emptied his pistol into the lightning ball to no avail. The steel sheathed bullets evaporated upon contact with her lightning ball.

The second man didn’t bother shooting at her. He just turned around and vanished inside. The first man, though, was paralyzed with astonishment. His hesitation ended his criminal career.

Justice Girl absorbed her ball again, and pointed a finger at the bank robber. A tiny, thread thin bolt of lightning shot out from her finger and struck him dead center in the chest. It was just enough to stun. He collapsed bonelessly to the ground.

Justice meted again, foul robber, Justice Girl said as she stepped over him. Now to nab your comrade in crime before the police arrive.

The air conditioning inside the bank was set low. She was hit by cold air. Her nipples instantly hardened. Justice Girl glanced down at them, poking prominently through the thin fabric of her costume.

Great, I’m sure there will be plenty of news photographers around by the time I bring the other man out to record this great event, she said sarcastically. Her hardened nips would be prominently displayed in all the newspapers, television shows, and magazines, to say nothing of the internet. Everyone seemed so obsessed with her breasts and nipples. It’s my lucky day.

He went that way, Justice Girl, a flustered teller said, pointing to her right.

It was a large building. Seventy-two stories. The street level was cavernous, and had three other exits now that she thought on it. Justice Girl took off running after him. It would be too humiliating if he got away.

Startled screams and cries of rage ahead said he was still in the building. She was Alpha Meta, a superior being. The next step in the evolutionary chain, according to scientists. She was more than just human, she was Meta-human. Alpha Meta-human, since she possessed super powers. Pound for pound, she possessed ten times the strength of a normal man, was twice as fast, and her healing ability was mind-boggling.

Justice Girl smiled as she raced after the would-be bank robber. He would not get away. No one had ever escaped Justice Girl. She was the only Sister in the city that could make that boast.

Halt, or I’ll zap you! she cried upon gaining sight of him.

He turned around, startled, terrified. She stopped running, skidding to a halt on the highly polished granite floor. Pointing a finger at him, she started to order him to surrender or else, when he grabbed an innocent bystander. The petrified woman’s two preschool children looked on with wide uncomprehending eyes.

Justice Girl’s heart skipped a beat.

Put your hands up or the bitch dies, Justice Girl!

Justice Girl gaped at him a second. This had never happened to her before. Her heart was hammering. Her breath came in pants. She was speechless.

He was crouched behind his victim. She couldn’t stun him with her lightning bolts without hurting the mother. She could not zap down a mother in front of her children.

Justice Girl raised her hands, humiliation burning her face.

Well now, the high and mighty Justice Girl is at my mercy, he said. How does it feel to be the one being terrorized, Amazon? Huh?

I don’t understand? Justice Girl said. I fight for Truth and Justice. If I terrorize anyone, it is because they have rejected society’s values and become predators.

And you, too, are a predator.

    Yes, but only to criminals.

    Like me.

    Yes.

Time was her ally, and his greatest enemy, save her. The longer she kept him talking, the better chance she had of resolving this without any innocents being hurt.

He was mad now. The gun was pressed harder into the woman’s neck as he forced her toward Justice Girl. She wasn’t sure of his intentions. The gun could kill her just as easily as a normal person. If he got close enough, he wouldn’t miss.

The police are here, she said. Surrender to me now, before you get in any more trouble.

I’m a three time loser, bitch, he said. He stopped three paces before her. If I’m going down, I’m taking you with me.

Justice Girl swallowed hard. This would be her most difficult job yet. If she survived.

Kneel, Justice Girl. Kneel and beg for your miserable life, he said.

    No.

That stopped him. For an instant, she thought he was going to just shot her dead, right then and there. But instead he rammed the barrel of the gun harder into the woman’s neck.

Kneel, or I splatter her brains all over the wall!

Justice Girl’s eyes darted to the woman’s now crying children. Then she looked into the woman’s terrified brown eyes.

I’ll do anything you say, just don’t hurt her, Justice Girl said. She eased down to her knees before him. Please, don’t hurt her. Let her go. You have me where you want me. I'm on my knees before you. Helpless.

Yeah, you are, he said, his voice suddenly husky. I could kill you right now, or...

    Or what? she asked seductively.

Justice Girl jutted her breasts out even further. They were a magnificent pair, too. Men and women found it difficult to look her in the eye due to that precious pair.

The bank robber turned hostage-taker stood up straight to see over the woman. He lustfully gawked a long moment, licking his lips.

She watched his weapon carefully. It was still pressed into the woman’s neck. A jolt from Justice Girl would knock out the hostage taker, but likely cause his finger to convulse and shoot the young mother of two.

What do you want from me? What do you need from me? Justice Girl said coyly. Her moist pink tongue caressed her upper lip as she bared her slender throat to him in invitation. What must I do to repay all your pain?

What? Oh, he said, gaining control of his wits with some difficulty. Uh...crawl to me. Yeah. On hands and knees, crawl up to me and kiss my foot.

Justice Girl felt her face heating up. She knew it was bright red now. The leering smile of the criminal showed he noticed and enjoyed it.

And don’t shock me, or the little woman gets it.

I’m yours to command, Justice Girl said. I’ll do anything, anything at all, you ask. Just don’t hurt anyone.

On hands and knees, Justice Girl crawled the short distance to the bank robber’s extended right foot. The surrounding crowd was silent, awe struck by the events unfolding before their eyes. The mighty, undefeated Justice Girl was humbled and humiliated, and it could only get worse. They couldn’t tear their eyes away from this horribly fascinating scene.

Go on, kiss it! he demanded when she hesitated.

Justice Girl’s red shimmering lips hovered just inches away from his scuffed up shoe. The act of kissing his foot was proving harder than anticipated. It terrified her. Her position was even more frightening since she was unable to see her tormenter above. He could be aiming the pistol at her head, ready to pop a cap in her the instant she kissed his foot.

    OK, she mumbled.

Justice Girl pressed her lips firmly to the toe of his shoe. She held the kiss for a three count, as the onlookers gasped and pointed. An excited clamor filled the air as she pulled away and sat back on her legs. Looking up into his eyes, she saw triumph and satisfaction.

You did good, Justice Girl. Real good, he said. The lady here gets to live a few more minutes. She goes unharmed as long as you don’t fuck up. Understand?

    I understand, you monster.

Monster, he mocked. And that coming from a mutant.

I’m Alpha Meta, not a mutant.

Alpha Meta. Mutant. Same thing, he said. But now it is time for the final task of Justice Girl.

She didn’t like the way he said final task.

If I perform one more deed you will let the woman go?

Yes, he said. His eyes were fierce. Suck me off. Right here. Right now.

The sound of sirens suddenly filled the air. Numerous police cars were arriving outside. Hope blossomed in Justice Girl’s heart.

You don’t have time, she said desperately. Run now, and you might escape. Leave the woman, and I promise not to pursue you. You have my word.

There’s no escape for me, he said. I accept that. But before I go to prison, I’ll have a BJ from Justice Girl. And you better make it a good one!

He moved the mother of two aside, though kept a firm hold on her. The pistol’s barrel remained firmly pressed to her neck as well.

    Suck me off.

After a deep sigh, Justice Girl nodded acceptance and crawled closer. She reached out and gently squeezed the hard bulge in the crotch of his dirty jeans. He let out a barely discernable groan of pleasure. Then she unzipped him.

Oh dear, she said, the zipper only half open. "It’s stuck.

What? he said. Stupid zipper never gives me trouble!

The bank robber, full of sexual frustration, forgot himself. Justice Girl was watching for her chance. It came a second later when he released the woman and brought both hands down to the zipper.

Justice Girl didn’t hesitate. Her hand darted up and jabbed a finger into his belly. The jolt she sent knocked him off his feet and left him unconscious.

By the time everyone turned back to her, Justice Girl was on her feet and guiding the mother back to her children.

Ok, people. There’s nothing here to see. Move along, Justice Girl said.

    Chapter 2

The room was large and luxuriously appointed. The walls were paneled in dark mahogany, adorned with paintings of attractive women in various states of undress. Most were tied up in some way, shape, or form.

A small group of black clad men and women knelt in a semi-circle around a large flat screen TV. A beautiful Hispanic woman sheathed in a shiny copper
