    Introduction

    A few years ago meditation to me seemed like something that was for someone else. It never seemed to make any difference to my day or to my life and I felt it was a waste of ten minutes of my time. My mind was so distracted during it that all I could think of was what I could be doing when it was finished.

    Then came the day when everything changed. I began looking for tools that would make a positive difference in my life. I went along to a spiritual awareness course and the first thing I did was open my chakras. (Chakras are spiritual energy power points throughout the body and by simply activating these it will begin to open up your intuitive and psychic abilities).
