About this ebook

We all have heard that time is more precious than money but yet it's so hard to separate ourselves from the idea of constantly chasing money. Before Successful Entrepreneurs became who they are today, they certainly had to work for others and just like you had to find TIME to differentiate themselves from those around them who continued to wonder when 5 O'clock would come.

Is It 5 Yet? From Worker to Owner Transitioning from stability to uncertainty is not easy and a road that many never travel as a result of their fears. Is It 5 Yet is aimed to help you undertake that journey that many fear to start and allows you to overcome the initial fears that take over your mind but more importantly teaches you from the experiences of other entrepreneurs ways you can minimize this risk and make the transition smooth and successful.

You'll learn of ways you can work elsewhere and on your projects all at once, you'll learn ways to identify when the right time to quit is and also understand what to consider "REAL Traction" before throwing everything else you built away.

More importantly, this book will teach you the real difference between saying "is it 5 yet?" and " I cant believe its 5 already" which ultimately will enable you to understand how successful entrepreneurs have transitioned from working for others to working for themselves.

    Introduction

When you think of insanity, you mostly likely think of recklessness, craziness, stupidity, and so forth. Here, we are describing insanity as our routine in doing the same thing over and over (like a carousel, going around and around) and yet expecting different results. As 90 percent of Americans go to work every day without knowing the purpose of their routine, they, however, continue to do it in hopes that something will change in their outcome.

Why would something change in your outcome? Because the actions leading to reactions haven’t changed and the mindset we wake up with is the same every day. Therefore, if the purpose of our day hasn’t changed then why should we expect there would be a change in our actual outcome?

This goes without saying that many people go through their day waiting for their time to clock out and leave to come back to it another day. We can say that 5 p.m. is a pretty consistent time in which most of Corporate America’s work shift ends. Regardless whether you sit in a cubicle all day or are out on the field all day doing manual labor, just the thought of your workday coming to an end has most likely graced your mind and is probably the best part of your day.

Nothing like that moment when you know you can leave work and get the time back for yourself, as life is all about you after all, correct? Your world, your happiness, your dreams, your future…yours, yours, yours…

Remarkably, you are not alone in that aspect, and many just like you continuously look toward for 5 p.m. to roll around everyday so they too can escape work and spend time for themselves. So why are there so many people in America consumed with this continuous behavior?

If we define insanity as doing the same thing again and again but expecting different results, then aren’t we all just crazy?

Perhaps there could be a solution to this crazy cycle we seem to never be able to get out of….

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.
