      Ann ist eine Versagerin. Ihre Noten sind unterdurchschnittlich, sie selbst ist viel zu dick und ihr Vater will sie enterben. Ihre letzte Rettung ist die Aufnahme in das Alpha-Haus. Eine Studentenverbindung, deren Mitglieder über Generationen hinweg nur die allerbesten Ergebnisse erzielten und ganz nebenbei blendend aussehen. Zusammen mit zwei anderen Mädchen tritt Ann die sogenannte Bewährungswoche an, die zeigen wird, ob die Anwärterinnen wirklich das Potenzial besitzen, ein Alpha-Mädchen zu werden. Doch allein der Name des Autors und die Tatsache, dass dieses Buch unter FESTA extrem publiziert wurde, lässt den naheliegenden Schluss zu, dass die Bewährungswoche nicht aus harmlosen Späßen und albernen Prüfungen besteht. Die Mädchen müssen an ihre Grenzen gehen und Edward Lee trägt den Leser mit jeder Prüfung immer mehr an den Rand des guten Geschmacks. Und dann wirft er uns eiskalt runter.Der Leser bekommt mit diesem Band der extrem-Reihe genau das, was der Titel verspricht. Schon die Sahne im Begrüßungskaffee ist hunderprozent Sperma und auch wenn die Mädchen, wenn sie in das Haus aufgenommen werden wollen, Jungfrauen sein müssen und es bis zum Ende auch fast bleiben, so findet Lee nicht wenige Körperöffnungen, durch die Sex dann doch funktioniert. Worauf das ganze hinausläuft ist mehr als offensichtlich. Und das schließt nicht nur die Sache mit dem Monster ein, sondern auch der Werdegang der Protagonisten. Und wo wir schon dabei sind. Ann’s Mitanwärterinnen sind an Dummheit und Naivität kaum zu überbieten. Spätestens nach der ersten Prüfung sollte auch den begriffsstutzigsten Menschen klar sein, dass die Leiterin dieses Hauses, Miss Kezzy, jedes Wort und jede Anweisung ernst meint. Ansonsten geht es gewohnt schnell durch die Handlung. Lee lässt einem nicht die Zeit zum Durchatmen, sondern wartet mit der nächsten Abart auf der nächsten Seite.Insgesamt passt dieses Buch sehr gut in die FESTA extrem Reihe. Man weiß eben, was man bekommt. Und die Mädchen wissen es dann auch irgendwann endlich. Für mich war die Geschichte leider zu sehr vorhersehbar. Trotz allem zeigt Lee hier wieder einmal sein fast unerschöpfliches Maß an Kreativität, was das Quälen von Protagonisten und die unendlichen Möglichkeiten von sexueller Befriedigung angeht.
