Almond White Chocolate Pretzels
Ingredients
562,5 ml cup warm water
19 ml sugar
15 ml salt
16,5 ml instant yeast
1687,5 ml flour
75 ml butter (melted)
2500 ml water
166 ml baking soda
Coarsely chopped almonds to sprinkle on pretzels
White chocolate (melted) to drizzle over the pretzels
Method
Combine the warm water, sugar, salt and yeast together.
Stir until the yeast has dissolved.
Add the flour and butter.
Mix well.
Knead the dough until it clears the sides of the bowl (5 to 10 minutes).
Cover the dough with plastic wrap.
