About this ebook

The fast tempo of today's lifestyles can easily distort your outlook away from the things that are most important in life. Knowing the right thing to do and the best way to approach things does not always mean that these are the choices we make. Expedience is often an imperative, but our brains and our nature don't always respond well to it.

Living in the moment or just living through it may appear to be the same concept, but they are not. Living in the moment requires acceptance, self control and a well centered outlook. These short reads can put control of your inner compass back in your hands where it belongs. Let them entertain you and refocus your perspective. Here are 30 simple ways to get you started.
Take the happiness traveler's pledge and follow these simple suggestions that cost nothing, but can have a profound effect on your life. Pass it forward. The power of these simple suggestions can make a difference to you and those around you. Sometimes we just need a guide to keep us on the right track.

Take a deep breath, slow down, and smile.
