Thank you for your interest in my work. I started writing short erotic stories several years ago under a pen name. Those were well received and prompted me to write a romantic story I had been formulating in the back of my head. I am currently working on another story in the same genre of my shorts. Check back, I might be convinced to release some of those in the future.

Chapter 1
As I left my house this morning for my usual walk on the beach, I couldn’t help but notice of how blue the sky was. It wasn’t its typical morning pale blue; but a bright brilliant blue, with just a few wisps of clouds scattered about to break up the sky. It looked like something only seen in a painting. I couldn’t help thinking to myself how beautiful it was and was looking forward to seeing it, as it blended into the ocean at the horizon.
It took me only a few minutes to walk the two blocks from my home to the entrance of the beach. As I crossed the sun bleached sand to get to the water line, I couldn’t help but notice how many people were staking their claims on the sands already. The sand was warm and soft on my feet as I crossed to the waterline where the sand meets the water and there was a feeling of an especially warm breeze from the ocean blowing lightly this lovely morning. Everyone on the beach seemed to be in awe of the view and all that I was hearing was the breaking of the waves on the shore. I couldn’t have scripted a more lovely beginning of a day in my imagination.
It was only a little after 9 o’clock in the morning, but the day was already quite warm; the sun shining with a brilliance I had almost forgotten existed. I had to wind my way past a number of families and small groups already starting to gather on the sands, here to unwind after the long winter. It is the start of the tourist season here on our small island. It was unusual to see so many people on the sands this early in the day let alone this early in the tourist season, but even as I stood amongst the growing crowd on the sands I felt a quiet loneliness within myself. The smells, sounds and feel of the area around me slowly melted away as I drifted off into the daydream I had had many times over these last many months, but each day it became less and less depressing as I added a new page each day to my dream. The pages I added now were ones of peace, love and happiness; a stark contrast to the life I had been living, though there was love, looking back, I realize I was unsettled and unhappy.
When I reached the water line I stopped and looked out at the scene spread before me. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for all those who would have to leave and return to their mundane lives in the big cities. I moved here from Philadelphia about 2 years ago, looking for a way to forget the tragedy I left behind, and yet, I was reminded of it everyday to.
I was on my way home from work as a bartender in one of the trendiest nightclubs in the city. We had had another night of competing for tips and serving what on many nights was a rowdy but manageable crowd. The guests, as we called them, could get out of control, but generally were not too bad. Tonight the crowd had been particularly rowdy and problematic, we had the police there to settle one fight and again shortly before closing to remove a man that we refused to serve. He was clearly intoxicated having had far more than his share. When we refused him, he became belligerent and became rather abusive. The club security was on him in moments, but he refused to accept his fate and they hauled him off to wait for the police. After closing we spent some time unwinding from the night, and cleaning up, then it was time to head out for home and some well deserved rest. I also had a reason to get home; my Kelly, my lovely wife, my reason for being would be waiting for me. I could hardly wait to see her tonight, she always had a way of helping me to put a bad or rough night in perspective and lay it to rest.
Kelly was the love of my life; she stood a mere five foot four and one half inch. I always make sure to get the half inch in there, she was a little sensitive of her height, she wanted to be taller, but I have to say, I have a thing for shorter women, and Kelly was perfectly proportioned to her height.
Her skin was a naturally dark golden tan, her athletic build showed off her defined musculature. She was muscular and defined but her muscles enhanced her feminine look, they didn’t make her look masculine in any way. Her deep blue eyes were a lovely contrast to her highlighted mousy brown hair, long and flowing, reaching to the middle of her back. Her shoulders had a natural curve that was simply seductive, her legs showed off her well defined calves well when she wore high heels and skirts, but she told me she felt more comfortable in longer flowing skirts that hid her legs. Her stomach was flat and looked like she worked out heavily to maintain it, but she spent very little time exercising, she was one of those people that simply doesn’t need to. Her breasts, while not large, were shaped and beautifully defined on her frame. Very simply, she could have been built by Aphrodite herself to seduce men and I could not have been more in love with her, because not only was she beautiful, she was intelligent in a humble way. She didn’t come off pretentious or conceited. She had a way of dealing with people that was caring but also showed she was going to get what she wanted without being a lioness.
She worked as a graphic artist for one of the more noted advertising companies in the city, and was able to coordinate her schedule around mine, except for the four or five days a month she had to be in the office for
