Tamara Laschinsky
Owner of LifeStages Holistic Healing and Reiki practitioner, Tamara spends her time doing energy work and learning new modalities. She is a holistic healer and practices reflexology, crystal therapy, chakra balancing, aromatherapy and Angel card readings. Previously Tamara was the owner of Natural e GREEN and has authored more than 450 health and wellness articles. She opened her store in 2009 and has been researching and writing on a variety of natural health topics since then. Her articles have been republished world-wide and have appeared in many health and parenting magazines. She closed her store in early 2015 to spend more time helping others through hands on holistic healing. Tamara's first book, The Cosmetic Chemicals Guide, focuses on common toxic chemical found in everyday cosmetic and personal care products. The book was designed to help consumers make safer choices when product shopping and helps the consumer understand the health risks associated with certain chemical ingredients. Her second book was inspired by real-life events. Helping Your ADHD/ADD Child is a guide for parents and caregivers and puts a positive spin on living with ADHD/ADD children. The book offers some easy, yet effective, techniques too help children stay on track and organized. Ultimately, this book provides the tools one needs to be successful in life and the first step is always about believing in yourself and understanding your potential. As a basic business guide, she also recently published "How to Start a Business: 8 Steps to Success", which is based on her very successful Watkins business of over 10 years.
