    A Must Read Intro

Have you recently been awarded a structured settlement as compensation for an injury you have received, or been told that you are going to be awarded a structured settlement? If so, then you are probably wondering exactly what a structured settlement is.

Structured settlements have become the most popular way to pay compensation when a court finds a defendant responsible for the injuries of the person suing them and they have become incredibly common in recent years. Nowadays, there are thousands of people all across the USA who are receiving structured settlements as compensation for their injuries. Additionally, a lot of lottery winners also decide to receive structured settlement payments when they land a big prize, rather than take all of their winnings in one go.

The goal of this report is to provide you, the soon-to-be recipient of structured settlement payments, with a comprehensive guide that will help you understand every aspect of what is often a very complicated financial arrangement.

This report will cover everything, from the reasons why structured settlements are awarded, their value, how this value is calculated, your options for selling or taking out a loan on your structured settlement, plus a whole lot more.

Additionally, this report is also intended as a guide, for those who are considering a structured settlement over a lump sum cash award. It explains all of the advantages and disadvantages of both in great detail, so that you can educate yourself and make the correct decision on whether they are for you or not.

Finally, this report is also intended to be a valuable resource for those who are looking into structured settlement investing, and explains how this works, how much money investors can expect to make and many other aspects.

Whatever you need to know about structured settlements or the key players in the structured settlement industry, you will find the answers here.

This can usually be determined by the plaintiff, so if you feel that monthly payouts are better than annual payouts then you can opt for this. Consider carefully how the installments should be paid so that you gain the most benefit from them.
