      Foreword

      Typically, a foreword is meant to be a preamble to a book. Ironically, I wrote this foreword in the end. I wanted to see how the report would shape up and then craft a foreword to fit the context.

      Though I knew what I wanted to write about, I did not have a firm structure in mind when I sat down to write this report. It was an attempt to address common questions I am asked all the time. I knew I couldn’t spend the necessary time to properly explain and answer each individual. I also knew that there is much need for this kind of transparent information out there.

      This report is a compilation of the information necessary to start making a four figure passive monthly income from a purely information based websites, also known as content websites or niche websites.

      Please note that I have emphasized four figures because it is a relatively easier and reasonable target to achieve. However, the principles discussed in this report can also be applied to create a much larger business. For example, I own websites today that are generating a consistent five figure monthly income on a passive and residual basis.

      This report is detailed and thorough enough for you to take and run with it. I was cognizant in ensuring the material is practical and more importantly actionable so you can take action immediately.

      Who Am I?

      My name is Sunil and I am just a regular hard working guy that has a full time day job and several streams of passive income on the side that I have built over time, one at a time.

      I have always been interested in expediting the wealth creation process so I can do the things I enjoy doing now instead of waiting 50 years to do it during retirement. I have been naturally inclined toward creating multiple streams of passive income because this allows us to live a life on our own terms. Passive income allows us to work from anywhere and anytime, all while providing peace of mind and a safety blanket.

      I have started, grown and sold several websites, have bought and sold a brick and mortar small business for a nice profit, have started and maintained a healthy portfolio of income producing websites (all of which bring in passive income month after month) and have profited very nicely from my investments outside of the internet space as well. I have been able to do all of this thanks to the additional passive income streams I have created over time. Today, my passive income earns me more than my day job does.

      I utilize the profits from my side gigging activities to work less and play more through flexible work arrangements while expediting the growth of our net worth at the same time. My wife and I enjoy traveling to see and experience different places, languages and cultures. We enjoy sports, movies, music, board games, shopping and eating out. We enjoy community service and giving back to the society that has given us so much in return. Financial abundance allows us to do the things we enjoy most and spend time with family and friends nearest and dearest to us as often as we want.

      I have always been (and still am) a strong believer that everyone should have something going on, on the side, in addition to their day jobs – whether that’s an hourly job or a successful salaried corporate career. The reasons can be numerous (financial security, job security, flexible lifestyle, having the option to eventually quitting at will, a bit of extra income, expediting retirement, taking several semi retirements, or just plain thrill and fun to name a few).

      I always say that do as you may for a living, but always have your feet wet in a side gig. If nothing else, do it for the tremendous advantages the tax code allows business owners to benefit from. Owning a side business and benefiting from the tax laws that favor business owners is probably the best legal tax shelter available to tax paying citizens of the United States. While the tax specific discussion in this report is specific to United States based readers, the principles are broader and work the same way in other countries and territories as well.
