    Introduction

    More and more people are putting together a bucket list or list of things that they want to achieve before they die, these days. These lists tend to contain a whole selection of things. It used to be that people would do them if they found out they didn't have long to live, but these days many people are using them, just to put together a list of what they want to achieve.

    These lists can be extremely useful as they can help you focus on things that you want to do in your life. You can gather your thoughts and put down the things that you have always wanted to do, but have not yet been able to. It can be anything, even if it seems impossible

    However, it can make you feel like there is a lot to do and not much time to achieve it all. But, the point of putting the list together is to be able to look at all your ambitions and work out how to achieve each one of them. It is a great way to look forward to the future and what you will achieve.

    Your attitude towards the list is very important as you want to make sure that you feel positive about it, rather than it weighing you down. Do not think about it as a set of things that you have not yet done, but rather a list of excitements that you have to look forward to in the future. Also look back at what you have already achieved and you should find some good things there or if not, an opportunity to change that.

    Many people have a list of 100 things that they want to achieve, some have 50 and others have more. The list is a very individual thing and people have different ideas about what sorts of things they might like to put on it.
