Introduction
There are many fad diets out there. Many of us would love to be able to eat all of our favourite foods and still lose weight, but this is not normally possible. Some people seem to manage it, they seem to eat everything they want and remain slim, but even so they may still not be healthy.
It is important to be healthy, we all know that but there are so many tempting foods around and it can be difficult to stick to a healthy balanced diet. Then there are people that say you should have everything in moderation but others that say we should steer clear of certain foods. It can be extremely confusing. What can also be difficult is where our brain is telling us one thing but our stomach another.
It can be helpful to understand exactly why our body gives us mixed signals. Then to focus on chocolate specifically and work out what it is about it that makes us want to eat it, whether it has nutritional benefits and whether we should be eating it or not.
This book is not a diet book which tells you how to incorporate chocolate in to your diet and still lose weight. There are not recipes and diet plan,
