Andrew has been working in IT for 23 years in the Aerospace, Defence, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking and Manufacturing sectors. Andrew has worked in senior IT roles for a large conglomerate, a High Street Bank and a small start-up. He has seen both sides of the recruitment coin having been a job candidate and built and recruited diverse multi-national and multi-cultural teams. Using this experience Andrew has published a blog and this book to help people navigate the IT industry, further their IT careers and get one step ahead of the recruitment jungle
