You, yes you, will change the world overnight! Answers for Chaos! discusses 95 huge U.S. and world problems in rapid succession and then provides a quick, single, means of addressing all of them at once.

These problems, and the chaos and destruction that have traveled in their wake, are similar in importance to Martin Luther’s Ninety-five Theses, which he tacked on a church door in Germany in 1517. Seeing corruption and greed all around him, he decided to do something about it. Now it’s your turn.

Following my 95 Answers for Chaos!, in but seven pages, is your method for changing the world overnight! It’s titled The Quick and Easy Solution! But let’s not get the cart before the horse. Here are the 95.

ANSWERS FOR CHAOS!

#1 of 95.

Lobbyists and influence peddling will not be allowed to influence any U.S. Congressman or our president or policy. Letter writing and calls are okay but what amounts to bribes are not. The revolving door between politicians and government agencies or corporations will be closed. Intentional conflict of interest will become a felony. It’s really more like high treason! There will be huge fines and automatic sentencing for infractions. (Throughout these 95 issues, I’ll deliberately use the volitional words will, must, etc., rather than the wimpy-sounding shall, should, would, and could.)

#2 of 95.

All our 180+ federal regulatory agencies will be brought under the federal government’s executive, judicial, and legislative branches of checks-and-balances law and control rather than operate independently—almost untouchably—under the executive branch. Some of these agencies are totally unnecessary.

#3 of 95.

Except during dire emergencies, such as a nuclear-missile strike or EMP strike (a strike by an electromagnetic pulse—EMP—weapon carried by a missile), towards or within our shores, engendering our immediate defensive response to shoot down a missile to protect American citizens, our military will discontinue war ASAP and never engage in war again without the consent of the people via the U.S. Congress (War Powers legislation).

Yes, we’ll still pursue specific international criminals and terrorists abroad but find legal ways to do it, once we know who they really are. Spending trillions of dollars on wars, and overrunning entire countries, to avenge the deaths of a few thousand people—killed by whom, the killing arranged and financed by whom, for what reason?—solves nothing.

Because we have often fallen for pretexts to war in the past, there will be a 90-day cooling-off period, a window of critical examination, before appropriate, measured, War Powers legislation can even be considered or take effect. Note: we will not involve ourselves in European wars! Europe is a big girl now and can take care of herself. The same logic applies to the Middle East. We will not be suckered into a blind lashing-out costing trillions of dollars and thousands of soldiers’ and civilians’ lives, all for naught. We are the United States of America, not the United States of the World Police Force, or United States of the World Protection Force, or even the United States of the Exploit the World Force (more about that later)!

#4 of 95.

The Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) will immediately be considerably revised so as to protect America but also respect the reasonable civil rights and freedoms of all Americans.

The National Defense Authorization Act is a huge government fiscal-year (10/1 through 9/30 every year) year-to-year bill that sets the military’s budget and expenditures. However, frittering away our freedoms is now being added to it in the name of national security. Obama signed this legislation during the closing hours of 12/31/2011 when everyone was busy with New Years. Now tell me he didn’t know exactly what he was doing and its effect on our civil rights!

From Wikipedia: The National Defense Authorization Act greatly expands the power and scope of the federal government to fight the War on Terror, including codifying into law the indefinite detention of terrorism suspects without trial. Under the new law, the US military has the power to carry out such anti-terrorism operations on US soil against civilians: …the NDAA authorizes the military to detain even US citizens under the broad new anti-terrorism provisions provided in the bill, once again without trial."

In fact, there are now a whole series of such bills and laws that, in part, violate the U.S. Constitution: Enemy Belligerent Act; Authorization for Use of Military Force; Internet Kill Switch bill; and the Enemy Expatriation Act. On the Internet, look up these bills, and similar ones, and the names of their sponsors. Vote all of their sponsors and supporters out of office! These wrong-headed congressmen and senators don’t deserve our vote!

The most insidious and far reaching threat to our freedoms is coming from the myriad proponents and agendas of the U.N.’s 1992 Agenda 21. This program is doling-out money worldwide for propaganda and planning aimed at controlling every aspect of our lives by 2025 (they call it sustainable development) with drones, smart meters, a carbon tax, and massive spying on citizens. Add: telling us we can’t cut down or plant a tree without a permit, making us tag all farm animals (even pets), outlawing building permits in many regions, moving the sheeple to massive cities, and curtailing movement into and out of its designated regions of our country. Read up on the 300-page Agenda 21 for yourself: democrats againstunagenda21.co m, and, jbs.c om (John Birch Society). Thank God somebody’s looking out for us.

Regarding all laws, Herman Cain says no bill before our Congress should be longer than three pages. His point is, keep government as plain and simple as possible. If a bill is longer, they’re trying to snow you or it’s too complex to be useful. Imagine our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights being a total of, say, 90,000 pages long instead of six pages! You get the idea. Indeed, we’ve passed literally millions of pages of laws and regulations, most of which result in oppressing business and personal opportunity, responsibility, and freedom.

There were 1,128,729 active attorneys in the USA in 2006, according to the American Bar Association, and we’re adding 45,000 Juris Doctors from U.S. law schools every year. Pray for the day when most of them will be drawing unemployment!

Yes, I understand the great burden (accumulation) of common-law judicial precedents—rules and exceptions—that have come about in the interpretation and application of English (European) and American law throughout hundreds of years. But I say we start over and make the law practical this time. How? All 95 issues found here hang together. When we truly transform (1) our political system, (2) American business overregulation, (3) the tax system, etc., people will not be so unhappy and litigious. There will be positive goals rather than punitive, negative ones. To transform American jurisprudence, let’s look at democratic legal models around the world that are working and then revise ours. Switzerland is always the best place to look.

Our military will not be used to arrest and imprison civilian Americans here at home (the National Defense Authorization Act permits that), nor will our military violate the Geneva Convention rights of any world citizen anywhere at any time.

There is no denying there are plenty of enemies of the USA and the world, and that arrests are necessary based on solid intelligence information, but such matters will be persistently but diplomatically pursued in the application of sanctions, in international courts of law, and with the heads of state of autonomous countries, else why shouldn’t the latter take the law into their own hands and violate the sovereign boundaries and the sanctuary rights or legal protocols of our country?

The Department of Homeland Security recently ordered 450 million rounds of .40 caliber hollow point ammunition from a company named ATK (Alliant Techsystems Inc.). That amount is in addition to the 200 million rounds of same ordered from Winchester Ammunition in 2009. Several other federal agencies have also recently placed huge orders for ammo. For instance, In November 2011 the FBI posted a request to the FBO.gov website for up to 100,000,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition (this info is from: theintelhub.com; once you’re on that website, search FEMA). All of these purchases are for domestic operations. All the ordered hollow point is intended for humans (not just target practice). Come to think of it, quite a few federal agencies of late appear to be preparing for incipient great national catastrophes and unrest, including an attack upon America. FEMA has ordered one billion dollars worth of dehydrated food. The government has also ordered a total of 1.272 million gallons of fuel for eight states as well as 14 million blankets, meals, and body bags for them (see wordpress.com; once on that site, search FEMA ammo blankets meals).
