For those new to the ‘Ascension process’ it gives a human point of view and makes ascension understandable and accessible to everyone, not just the chosen few. For those who believe they are already on the path to full enlightenment and ascension, it may conflict and be contrary to their beliefs. Whichever it is for you, it is written with the love of the Lords of Melchizedek and Karen, too, for guidance, encouragement and help. As the LoM and Karen say, “If our wisdoms suit you, accept them, if they don’t, don’t. It is about free choice, always.”
    The practical course-work that has been shown to Karen is given, in part, in this book in order to help people to progress, in whatever way is best for them. Completing the exercises, they (LoM and Karen) believe, will give you a more rounded life and view of it. This in itself will help you to progress—again in your own way, to become a being of ‘enlightenment’. Remember, everything is relative, even the term ‘enlightenment!

    Karen was born and grew up in Barnsley, Yorkshire (UK) and went to college in Sheffield, Yorkshire to study hotel and catering management. After leaving college, she worked at a few jobs within the catering industry before having a family and then taking any job there was in order to earn a living and fit in with said family. After a few moves away from Barnsley, she returned at 40 and began learning complementary therapies, energy healing in particular, which turned her life and thinking around. After growing into spiritual work, Karen had a realisation that she was meant to write about her experiences and also about the Ascension 2012 Process. Her first book, "The Lords of Melchizedek" was written with the eponymous, high-level beings about the Ascension and includes some of the energy work the LoM and Karen devised together, along with universal wisdoms. It was published in paperback in 2010 and to Kindle in 2011 in English and French. Her second book, "How to Free Yourself and Manifest in 8 Easy Steps" is a self-help manual with clear and simple steps into letting go of anything which no longer serves your purpose and moving into achieving--or manifesting. There is Karen's 'Unilateral Affirmation' for the letting go and Version 2 also includes Karen's vibration-raising meditation. Book 3 is "'Twixt Heaven and Earth" or "Angels, Demons and A Yorkshire Woman" and tells of 'life with the spooks', as Karen puts it. There are anecdotes of healing, angels, clairvoyance and most particularly of rescue work, her favourite energy 'thing'. It was published to Kindle in September 2012. "The Revenge of the Dragon Fool" is a short story which was written for the children of a friend. Kindle, October 2012. Karen is also a skilled proofreader and will accept jobs from authors in all genres.

      This book is intended as a down to earth guide or reference for those seeking to know more about Ascension and moving into the Fifth Dimension...possibly higher.

      The Lords of Melchizedek are giving me this information to put forward some more thoughts on the movement of the earth into the Fifth Dimension and people’s increasing awareness and vibration raising.

      The Lords have this to say;

      "There is much information in your World just now (about ascension and the vibrational changes) and we wish to satisfy your curiosity around the whole subject. Whilst we have waited for Karen to be ready to open up for us, we have watched as many place their own interpretations on the changes taking place around your World. We are not here to argue or displace any other opinions, simply to put another thought or series of thoughts to you for your consideration.

      We hope that you can open to us and to our words; if they suit your wisdoms, we are happy; if not, we are happy, as you will be looking to find your own wisdoms and that is what YOUR ascension is all about.

      Karen will write this book with our love, respect and understanding for you as the Divine Beings you are. We will write this book as a ‘down to earth manual’ for you—our channel is particularly appropriate for this task.

      As the Lords have just said, finding your own truths is the most important way to ascend or progress as a Being of Divinity.

      Chapter 1: The History of our Association

      The Ones of the healing ‘Order of Melchizedek’, who had appeared to me before I began with the course work and this book, always showed themselves as human-type beings, dressed in plain, cream robes. The robes had a braided type of belt around. The ‘men’ (male energy figures) mostly wore neatly kept, small beards. Most of them wore their hair short and neatly cut. Some had longer hair, as pictures of Jesus show. The female figures wear white/off-white robes, fastened in the same way with a braid type belt around the middle and their hair long. This is as they have appeared to me! They will probably have appeared to others as the others would understand them.

      Most of the males show themselves (to me) to be in their forties by earth standards; the female energies vary in age-apparent looks.

      All have a dignified energy and appearance. They feel dignified, gentle and non-judgemental.

      The Lords vary slightly in their dress. They have a heavier kind of robe with pale gold brocade down the front without any belt. The colour is a darker cream but not beige. (Thank goodness¹). They have a ‘hat’ which also sets them apart from the usual ‘Melchies’, as I reverently call them! The headgear is a firm fabric one, of the same colour as the robes. It sits quite balanced on their heads, a similar shape to a fez, but taller, wider and brocaded around the bottom edge and down the middle of the front. The males of the Lords do not have beards always. The females actually do not give me much of a visual reference—although what I see is very like the above description--they simply ARE. The power of their energy is incredible.

      The ‘visual reference’ is great, as I like to have that, but it is not necessary, as once you have felt their energy, there will be no mistaking their strength and integrity as High Level Beings. They may well appear to others looking quite differently from the way they appear to me. It is the same as angels, who appear in many guises, to suit the perceptions or sensibilities of those to whom they appear. To my knowledge, at the time of beginning this book, they have not appeared to anyone else on Earth in this way, at all. As I write this, they are confirming that.

      For whatever reason, they wish me to be their first ‘Receiver’.

      The visual reference is only for my benefit, not theirs—they are beyond this.
