    Doctor Incubator has broken new ground in the field of restructured DNA. With the technical support of his assistant, Professor Genius, who maintains the Doctor's two greatest inventions - the Voltron Machine and the Atomizer - the list of successes has reached heights not even the Doctor could have imagined.

    There is just one small catch. These experiments require rather unique materials. Humans and other animals to be specific – alive and healthy. Without them, Doctor Incubator would never have earned his first success. No doubt procuring such supplies can become... complicated, not to mention difficulties associated with the lack of enthusiasm many specimens display for the treatments applied. In the Doctor’s opinion, this is the price to be paid to achieve greatness.

    So when he comes across two children on the side road, he does not see the young innocents they would claim to be, and nor should you. Rather, consider them resources necessary to advance our scientific knowledge. As to the propriety of such methods? Doctor Incubator is a scientist, not a social worker. To question him on such grounds would be inappropriate.
