      Ammon’s Adventure

      It all started as a nice peaceful morning in Ammon the Ammonite’s little house. The orange-spiralled ammonite slowly opened his eyes to gaze outside his little bedroom window.

      ‘I wonder what the weather’s like today…’ Ammon thought as he looked out the window. ‘Another rainy day, it seems. The weather’s so predicable in this wide ocean. If it’s not one flood it’s another. Yawn. I guess I’ll go and see if Suzie the Swift Seahorse is doing anything today. Now, where did I put my clothes? Oh, I know! My drawer! Let’s see…Um, nope. They’re not in there. Oh, wait! I don’t have any clothes! Well, my shell kinda looks like a hat, so that probably counts. Well, that sped my day up a
