About this ebook

Tinnitus symptoms can range from annoying to stressful to downright disabling. If you have tinnitus, it is usually something you are desperate to get rid of.

Tinnitus, quite frankly hasn’t taken up a lot of room when it comes to research on the various treatments medicine has to offer those with tinnitus. This is partly because doctors don’t know the cause of many cases of tinnitus and because the known causes of tinnitus are many. This means that, in traditional medicine, there are few options for treatment with the exception of some neural medications, anxiety medications and antidepressants that can make a difference in those who have tinnitus.

Some of the best ways to manage tinnitus is through alternative and natural remedies. This is where "Tinnitus No More" can help.

In "Tinnitus No More", you will learn:

- How to recognize Tinnitus
- 3 proven steps to curing Tinnitus by changing your diet
- 6 time tested and proven strategies for treating Tinnitus naturally
- WARNING: 3 things you should never do when it comes to treating Tinnitus
- Simple but often overlooked tips and tricks for preventing tinnitus from happening in the future
- And much more...

    Conclusion

    Introduction

Tinnitus is sometimes called ringing of the ears and occurs when a sound is perceived by the ear with no external sound to go with it. Tinnitus is a common problem. Everyone has had episodes of brief or mild ringing in the ears but some people have it on a continual, chronic basis. It is estimated that about 10-15 percent of otherwise normal adults will have prolonged episodes of tinnitus that require a doctor’s intervention or a natural remedy for the disease. Most people troubled with tinnitus are between 55 and 65 years of age.

As mentioned, tinnitus is common. When, in one study, participants were placed in an extremely quiet, anechoic room (without echoes), up to 93 percent of these people actually heard tinnitus even though they didn’t complain of it under natural circumstances. These findings suggest that, in Western, industrialized countries, some damage because of noise is more common than most people think.

No one knows the exact cause of tinnitus. It is believed to be more of a symptom of another disease than an actual disease in and of itself. There are many causes of tinnitus, which will be discussed in later chapters. Tinnitus, fortunately, is not dangerous but it can cause impairment in hearing and is annoying enough to negatively affect a person’s life.

People can develop tinnitus just by virtue of getting old as it can affect the aging ear. Certain medications can cause tinnitus to occur. The greatest cause, however, of tinnitus is excessive
