Additionally, B. L. Fowler is a State of Michigan Health Department trained HIV educator and counselor, International Fitness Association Certified Aerobics and Fitness trainer, with a certification in nutrition. Plus, he is a Certified Paralegal and ordained Minister through Universal Life Church Monastery.Currently, he is an active member of the American Alliance for Paralegals Inc., where he performs as the Webmaster; he is also a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, and the Human Rights Campaign.
