I've always enjoyed reading the old pulp sci-fi books from way back. Ben Bova, Poul Anderson, Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke being some of my favourite authors. I uploaded my very first ebook early January 2013, science fiction of course. Smashwords is brilliant, allowing first time and seasoned authors alike to make their work available with ease for public enjoyment. There's some really talented authors on the site. I need to do a lot of work to even come close to their quality of writing, but I'll have a lot of fun in the process. E-books are definitely the way to go. Best wishes to all that visit.

He was a stickler for time, and had paid several visits to the local jewellers to get his watch regulated, which on the final attempt gained just one second a month, which he wasn’t entirely happy with. The jeweller was understandably glad to see the back of him.

Veronica brought him his coffee, toast and newspaper and he settled into his morning routine of nibbling his toast, sipping his coffee
