    Amazing book with amazing recipes!This book gives you detailed explanation about the power of ginger!

    This is the third book on gingers that I read recently. So far, the only one of the three who knows that there are different types of ginger. I wish the author had dealt more into this as well as how to mix the different types of gingers in recipes. One type is the best for slimming; another type is good for aches and pains. Her recipes just say generic 'ginger'. Best off searching for 'jamu' and you'd find more detailed information on types and uses of ginger.
