Marc published his first book in October 2011, he just wanted to give it a try just to see if anyone would read it. After 3500 downloads through a kindle promotion, inspired him to write more books.The latest book he wrote was called "Habit, Kicks and Laughter." Initially this book wasn't going to be released, but after showing a few people, it was clear by their great feedback that they loved it.Marc, who suffers from cerebral palsy always tries to make the best of his condition. Every day is an uphill struggle, but he smiles through the pain to try to help others. Even though Marc struggles with his learning disability he still tries to write a lot and even if he makes mistakes he has great support on hand from his friends and family who proof-read many of Marc's publications.

When we were younger our parents taught us how not to talk with our mouthful with the intention of teaching us how not to share your food with everyone around you! What is so difficult? Insert food, chew it up with your mouth closed and swallow.
So, what makes the human mind forget this routine when someone talks to you? The prevailing-opinion is that it‘s just bad manners and people who do it are just really rude. According to my research, people forget that food is in their mouth and therefor showing the contents of their mouth or spraying everyone in their direction with food.
Let‘s think, how you could prevent this from happening? Easy, just think about what your doing. I know it could be hard for some people, distractions from Mobile Phones, Computers and Televisions can cause their focus to be diverted from the task in
