About this ebook

Having dandruff is a very common problem suffered by a vast majority of people today. This problem occurs when the thin cells of the outer surface layer of skin on the scalp are sloughed at a faster rate than normal, causing the very distinctive flakes of dead skin to appear as dandruff. This problem is caused by a disorder of the sebaceous glands.

If the dandruff is yellow and the hair is greasy, too much sebum is being secreted by the sebaceous glands. If the dandruff is white and the hair is dry, too little sebum is being secreted by the sebaceous glands. Dandruff is quite apparent after brushing or combing the hair, which makes it a very good time to look for the problem.

Dandruff can also be caused by certain types of seborrheic dermatitis, which will also include the symptoms of inflammation and itchiness in addition to the characteristic flaking.

A lot of time, energy, research and love went into the making of this manual; and it is the purpose of this manual to provide you with the easiest, safest and healthiest home remedies for dandruff.

It is my hope that you, the reader, achieve the solution to your problem, and I know that you will have great success once you have read through the entire manual and applied these simple home treatments for dandruff.
