    The US suspects there is an Al Qaeda cell on Lumba. The Prime Minister, Unhanbe Muieres, desperate to drive Tjaas off the island because Tjaas has allowed Communist Activists to construct a nuclear enrichment plant there. Nuclear missiles launched from Lumba can hit the California coast. The United Nations nuclear watchdog agencies report the terrorists plans to add 3,000 faster centrifuges to its main uranium enrichment facility, a quick step to building a nuclear bomb. U.S. decides to secretly send drones to destroy the nuclear enrichment facility if peace negation failed. C.I.A. Agent James Blake is sent to Lumba to eliminate the terrorist leader. Not an easy task because Tjaas knows an U.S. assassin is coming to kill him. Blake has a two weeks deadline before the U.S. initiate the drone attacks.
