About this ebook
This is an introductory teachers guide for teaching a martial arts class to children age 3 to 8 years old. It can be utilized in many different ways, but was designed with a specific purpose. If you are young or old, the principles still apply.
Created by William Gentry, a martial artist for more than 20 years, Kindie Kung Fu is a great way to get children enthusiastic about exercise and martial arts. The course curriculum was designed using simple techniques from a variety of martial arts over a period of five years.
The book provides a safe and inexpensive means of developing excellent attributes in both the young and old alike. It can be implemented in a classroom setting or at home.

About the Author
My journey into the world of martial arts began at age 6 when I first saw The Karate Kid.
I did my best imitations of martial arts moves for the next year until my seventh birthday when my father enrolled me in Tae Kwon Do classes. I achieved black belts in Han Moo Kwon Tae Kwon Do and Hakko Ryu Ju Jitsu under my venerable teacher Master Jeffrey Noel Reeder.
At the age of fourteen I began studying internal martial arts. My teachers were Rick Krause and Peter Shumway, who were the pupils of the truly exceptional Wei Lun Huang from Guangzhou, China. Shifu Huang teaches out of Orlando, Florida.
When I was studying Asian culture and languages at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, I went on two trips to study abroad in Beijing, China. I studied with Wang Laoshi both times. Wang Laoshi, a seventy year old man who had been practicing internal martial
