The human psyche, per se, is very fickle in nature. The biggest hurdles people face in their lives, is the making of their own thinking. One may call it their attitude towards life, or call it circumstances. The fact remains that they live mediocre lives. Attitudes, circumstances, mediocrity are the by-product of one’s own thoughts. Yet, people don’t wish to acknowledge their responsibility towards their thoughts and their circumstances.Responsible living is a product of responsible thinking. Responsible thinking is a way of life. Our thoughts, not only affect us, they affect our near and dear ones as well as our society. The vision of Ashish is to reach out to as many people in the world and make them look inwards and realize this responsibility – the responsibility of proper thinking. There is a phrase – ‘if wishes were horses, beggars would ride them’. Aptly true. Just wishing and imagining do not attract experiences or create magic. To manifest and materialize visions, one needs to understand the science behind manifesting.Backed with 15 years of research, Ashish brings forth the ‘Principles of Manifesting Thoughts’ – intertwining spiritual and metaphysical laws of life; which are simple to understand, yet extremely deep in their bearing. These Principles guide and make people take responsibility towards their own thoughts and actions, in every sphere of life, to ensure proper and responsible living. They help in opening up the vision of seeing things as they are from all angles. They teach discernment.Ashish takes this a step further, by amalgamating the ‘Principles of Manifesting Thoughts’ to various professional activities of life. He writes on various topics about life situations as well as corporate and professional life factors, creating a synergy and a common platform, for permanent concretizing in thoughts and therefore beautiful lives. Once the individual’s personal wavelength is in tandem with these Principles, he or she begins to not only live realized and meaningful personal lives, he or she begins to manifest the same in their professions as well. That is real empowerment and responsible living, which Ashish wishes to concretize in as many people as possible. It is with this vision in mind that Ashish wishes this knowledge to reach across the globe, along with his commitment to be there for guidance to his readers as well as students of his workshops, throughout life.

Thinking
"If you think you are beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you like to win, but you think you can’t,
It is almost certain you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost,
For out in the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow’s will.
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are,
You’ve got to think high to rise,
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But soon or late the man who wins,
Is the man who thinks he can."
~ Walter D. Wintle (late 19th and early 20th century)

Self Assessment of your Managerial Skills
Most individuals, who are in the field of managing, have in most cases planned, worked and studied to be in this field or in some stray cases, have suddenly one fine day, found themselves in the midst of the responsibilities.
So, how did you land up in this really huge field of managing? Do you really enjoy your responsibilities or do you despise them? Do you have an inherent way of coming up with creative solutions when you suddenly face a wall of discontent or do you curl up in your corner?
The following few paragraphs are basically self-assessing in nature. It is suggested, before you carry on reading this book, on a separate piece of paper, genuinely answer these questions about yourself. You don’t need to show or share this with anyone, but they would help you in understanding your own mind, your own personality much better.
