About this ebook
Five delightful bedtime stories ideal for young, first time readers. Caring and sharing are the values espoused by the author, Kao Shen, whose quaint fairy tales were originally released on audio tape in London during the 1960's.
In an otherwise desperate world, these animal friendly stories provide a gentle alternative, communicated with the soul of the universal child.
The colourful illustrations are the handiwork of Jeannie Walker, a fine arts graduate, calligrapher and illustrator.
Santa and the Blue Teddy makes the ideal Christmas stocking filler, Easter or Birthday gift.
Kao Shen
The late Kathleen Harvey wrote her children's series under the pen name Kao Shen. These were first published in London during the 1960's. She retired to Bonza Bay near East London, South Africa
