    At times this is what the inside of my mind feels like, ideas and words colliding on the sea floor and crashing together in a maelstrom.

    This collection of my musing brings these thoughts together, travelling through the many worlds that surround us, the many troubles we face, the bitterness we feel. It also includes pieces inspired by the country I live in, Scotland, it's history and it's scenery.

      In my life I have been fortunate to witness a great many wonderful things, from the birth of my children to the wonderful sights and sounds of other countries and cultures. But, in all my travels, no place affects me more than the place I call home. I travel around the country regularly and continue to be bewitched by its landscape and its history. The majesty of its scenery is quite breath-taking and inspiring to all who have seen it. The following pieces are just some of the wondrous things that touch my life on a daily basis
