      This is the start of another dynamite series by Alexa Grace. There is a deranged serial killer going after teen girls. Sheriff Brody brings in profiler Carly Stone to help catch the killer. The author does a great job with her details regarding the evils of predators on the internet who go after children. You can tell she did a lot of research on the subject. This story has drama, suspense and romance and keeps you on the edge of your seat. They are looking for a missing teen and racing against the clock in hope to find her alive.Brody was forced at a young age to raise his younger brothers when his mom died so he is not looking for anything more than a one-night stand. However, Carly shows up and he is not so sure of what he wants. He knows he wants her but is he willing to risk it all on romance and go for more than a one-night stand?Carly has been hurt in the past and getting involved with the sheriff is the last thing she expects. However, the chemistry between them is undeniable. The sex scenes are hot and romantic.The author brings in several of the characters from her Deadly Trilogy and it was nice to catch up with those characters. She also introduces his two brothers Gabe and Cameron which will be featured in future stories.If you like romance with action then this is definitely the book for you.
