About this ebook
Submission can be described by a lot of words but “easy” isn’t one of them. Discovering and honoring your desire to submit takes courage, strength and passion. Learning to follow the lead and rhythm set by another, and stretching your limits to accommodate training and service can challenge and exhaust you.
The discipline to hold your tongue, retrieve your paddle, or wait around endlessly while knot after knot is being tied as part of a bondage ritual drains your energy. Submission stretches, taxes, pushes, and exposes your body and soul to the whim and desire of another. Submissive women need support, care and nurture to continue on this journey in a healthy fashion.
"Care and Nurture for the Submissive" offers tips, understandings, and pathways to tend the fragile and beautiful souls of submissive women. Self-care is not selfish; it is essential. Only when you are taking care of yourself as a healthy, whole being can you give that self to another with a full heart and free joy.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was a great pleasure reading this book. It is so obviously written by someone who understands what true submission, a true desire to go throug life as a submissive, is. Not only she understands that, probably from first hand, she also has a lot of good advice to give to help other submissives find the path that will necessarily be different for each submissive. She also has great advice for unexperienced girls or women trying their first experience in the world of submission, so that they can avoid finding abuse and misunderstanding instead of love and understanding.

Introduction - The Well-Tended Garden
There are as many ways to be a submissive woman as there are flowers in a garden. Some women offer themselves full-time in 24/7 relationships or taken-in-hand marriages; others only submit in the bedroom or occasional weekends. Some obey effortlessly, while others brat it up once in a while to have a little spanking fun.
Many have a Dom or daddy who trains and nurtures their submissive heart, and many more are just discovering their longing to turn the reins over to a Master and don’t yet have a partner at all.
