    Introduction

Many years ago when I first experienced my dental and facial related trauma, I was unable to remember previous facts and information and the names of colleagues whom I’d worked with for five years.  Plus, I was in constant pain. I found that I had no new information to post on my blog. Based on the positive feedback that I had received from my readers, I knew that my blog was helping others. I soon realized that I needed to take a new direction in order to continue to reach out and help others. I didn’t want my
