About this ebook

An insightful unfolding of the true self into its rich fullness and beauty. It mirrors the journey of every soul.

All thoughts are creative and powerful. All thoughts have the potential to heal and bind or to scatter and destroy. Our thoughts and feelings direct our lives and create the heaven or hell that we live in and experience.

Our bodies are an extension of our thoughts. Whatever thoughts we have put out there, have actually passed through our bodies first. Loving, forgiving, nurturing thoughts balance the body and keep the energies flowing naturally. On the other hand, fearful, shameful, regretful thoughts dam up the energies which tend to lodge in the weakest spots in the body causing various illnesses.

Therefore to heal our bodies we must change our thoughts.
