Introducing team sports in track and field. Sprintball team athletes run with great speed and also make long throws of approximately 49.9m from within a circle. The game is usually won when the fastest team hit the ball at the base of throw court 505.

RULES: OVERVIEW
The field for sprint racing may be natural or artificial surfaces, depending on the rules of the competition. The color of an artificial surface must be green. An official pitch is a rectangular in shape, measuring in length 100-110meters and width 55-75meters.The field is divided into five (5) main lanes with each lane measuring 11-15meters in width, throw courts of 7-10meters are distributed in the lane represent the fastball and hitball area of the field. The bolt court areas represent the catcher’s position.
The aim of each team is to be the fastest hand to hit focus at the base of a throw court 505. Two balls are use simultaneously in a typical sprintball game. A five (5) member athletes make up a
