About this ebook

Rooibos tea or red tea is all about this fantastic drink that can do so much for your health. Rooibos is packed with anti oxidants and other healthy plant substances. There are more antioxidants in it than any other tea. Rooibos contains no caffeine or tannins which means you can drink how much you like, when you like and even cook with it without having the problems associated with normal tea.

Rooibos tea is only grown in South Africa. It was used by the native people as a tonic to help with their health problems. Colonists soon realised how good it was and started to use it for themselves. It is now exported all over the world and you should be able to get it in your local super market.

If you can't tolerate much caffeine or don't like the bitter taste of normal tea then this could be for you. The antioxidants in it mean that it is a very healthy drink protecting your body against ageing and a number of diseases. Rooibos tastes great on its own and has a natural sweet taste. However, there are also many variations where Rooibis has been combined with flavourings such as vanilla to make tasty alternatives. Get the book and learn how Rooibos could help you and improve your life style.

Ellen Vincent was brought up in Ghana but now lives in the UK. She is interested in all things that are natural. Ellen has noticed that many of the cosmetics and treatments that are available in the West contain lots of artificial ingredients and are often based on oils and substances made from petro-chemicals. After comparing them with the kinds of things that she used in Ghana she has found that the petro-chemical based ones can cause irritations and bad reactions as well as not being as good as natural based products. She now extensively makes her own cosmetics and only uses the best natural ingredients that she can find.Back in the old country coconut oil use is widespread and is used in cooking as well as to make body creams. She uses virgin coconut oil to cook with and uses it as the base for many of her skin and hair creams and oils. Ellen now produces a range of natural cosmetics that she sells in her local area in the UK under the name of 'Natural Revelations'. She hopes that she will be able to introduce these to Ghana at some stage together with all of the books that she has written on natural healthy living.Dealing with the outside of your body is fine but, to make the most of the creams and oils that you apply, you need to make sure that the foods that you eat are also doing their job. She is a big fan of green smoothies and makes sure that she has these every day. She feels invigorated after drinking them. You should look out for Ellen's books on green smoothies which include a volume that just contains ideas for recipes. She has built up her vast collection of green smoothie recipes by experimentation and following good practice. In the UK she came across apple cider vinegar and has found that this too is very useful when it comes to treating your skin and keeping your body healthy. She was so amazed by the many uses that can be found for apple cider vinegar that she wrote a book all about it. This too will soon be available through Smashwords. If you want to find out about how using a range of natural ingredients can be so good for your body and health, then you really should read Ellen's books. These are available in both electronic formats and as paperbacks. She is hoping to produce a book specifically for the care of Black hair and skin and as a result you should watch out for this when it is actually published in the near future.
