      Finding a job can be enhanced to increase the job applicant’s chances in finding jobs. When John applied for an office clerk job in New York, the human resource management officer scrutinized his resume. After reading the resume, the hiring officer replied to Mr. John’s eager query, Do not call us, we will call you. In another interview in London, the hiring officer of a popular grocery chain respectfully mentioned to the enthusiastically waiting Ms. Jane, currently, we are still browsing through hundreds of resumes. Please wait for our call. You do not need to follow up your job application. Such scenes crop up when the hiring officer feels negatively about hiring the job applicant. The hiring officer uses tact in order not to hurt the job applicant’s feelings. Reading between the lines, the hiring officer simply means that the company is currently not interested in
