Preface
Psychological Expression of Personality
Every individual member of every life species, called the 'individual', exists on two planes - physical and cosmic. What is sensible through sensory organs is physical existence of the life species. Thus, visible form, emanating sound and smell, feel and taste sensed by a living-being through his/her eyes, ears, nose, touch and tongue respectively, are components of physical existence of the individual, humans included. Apart from these existences, the individual has a huge inventory on cosmic plane, such as thoughts, intellect, genetic information, etc which can't be sensed through sensory organs but may be realized through intellectual faculties possessed by human-beings. This inventory is collectively called 'psyche' of the individual. Science of study of psyche is termed as 'psychology' and the cosmic plane is often referred to as 'psychological plane'.
In ancient times when scientific and artistic knowledge base of humanity was limited, the humans developed formal languages to express themselves in precise terms. For this, the basic symbols called alphabetic characters, words with specific meanings formed through integration of characters, and grammar as compilation of rules for making expressions through combination of words were formulated for each of the formal languages. The languages were then used to develop the knowledge base through thinking by individuals and interpersonal communications among thinking people called philosophers. All sorts of knowledge developed through the use of languages were then known as 'philosophy' which means 'through application of language'.
The first and the foremost curiosity of humanity was about the environment in which it along with millions of other forms of life have been evolving, growing, multiplying and developing incessantly. The environment was named 'Nature' and its study was called 'Science'. Science is not limited to physical existence but includes intellectual interpretations too about the nature, hence, is the superset of sensible information. Thus, Science became the first branch of Philosophy.
Human curiosity went on expanding with corresponding expansions of branches of Philosophy, and a stage came out when keeping the whole knowledge base of humanity into a single capsule of Philosophy was not appropriate. Studies in different fields of human curiosity were given different names, such as Astrology, Biology, Psychology, Numerology, etc which too have been further branching as the fields have been growing in numbers and precisions.
Now coming back to our main topic of Psychology, we may say that Psychology is the Philosophy of Cosmic existence of Life with its human-related branch called the Human Psychology. Since we know very little about how other forms of life exist on Cosmic plane, the subject of Psychology principally deals with Cosmic existence of humans.
Human thinking process must have been the first issue of Psychology, through which and due to which the subject of Psychology has been expanding crossing barriers of human life to study animal life, and temporal barriers of present to probe the past and reach the future times.
Psychological expression of human personality, thus, means how an individual fits him/herself into overall natural designs intellectually and how he deals with other animate beings and inanimate matters on the Cosmic plane. This, inter alia, means how the individual performs as an intellectual.
This volume begins with the subject matter of physical health as seen from an intellectual point of view and expanding the subject matter through covering various issues related to intellectual life of human-beings to the overall outcome of intellectual exercises pursued by the humanity.

A1: What does Good Health Mean
Medical professionals would like to answer this question as 'being disease-free'. But it is neither the complete answer nor objective. To me, good health means that a person has four attributes -
Physical Health,
Intellectual Health,
Resilience, and
Agility
Out of these, the first two attributes work beneficially for current existence of a person while the latter two are his/her safeguards for health in future. It may be argued that if the health at all the current times is ensured, there is no need for any consideration for the future. It is true, but all factors governing the whole lifetime of a person don't remain the same for two universally present circumstantial factors of unforeseen adversities and ageing of the person. These two factors may damage health in the future of a person in-spite of his/her current sound health. The latter two attributes of health are to take care of these possibilities in the future.
Physical and intellectual health of an individual are inseparably interknit for each supporting the other like a dipole whose no one pole can exist without the other. The dipole is under continuous attack from environmental adversities and aging of the person. Thus, a good health means not only maintaining the dipole but also repudiating invasions on its sustenance.
Physical Health
Physical health of a person is not a mere consideration of his/her physical appearance. There are millions of persons appearing to be hale and healthy from an outer appearance but suffering from many internal diseases and incapable of leading active lifestyles. In the modern age of fast moving vehicles, many so-called healthy persons are unable to walk a little distance for their being out of practice in moving without a motor-vehicle. Such persons develop many other diseases in their respective bodies due to their inactive lifestyles.
An active body means good health of mind of the person for the mind residing as neural network spread all over the body and taking care of internal and external activities of the body. So, when we say 'active body', we mean active mind also of the person. Therefore, physical health includes mental health but not the intellectual health of the person. The mental health is related to activities of the body organs under control of the mind of the person, while intellectual health is related to sound functionality of the person's brain including soundness of his/her memory, analytic thinking capability, and imaginative creativity.
Intellectual Health
Final parameter of a person's intellectual health is his/her tangible creative outputs, or creation of things or thoughts not existing that far. Although every person has creative talent but most of the persons are not using or finding opportunity to use their creative talents. As a result of this non-use of talent, it vanishes in three generations through genetic modifications. Those using their creative talents improve upon it through generations.
For this reason, humanity is on the verge of dividing itself in two distinct segments of productive and creative peoples. The productive people would be good at mass producing things through their physical health, while creative people would be developing new things through their intellectual health. It may be that in future, these two classes of people be recognized as humans and super-humans, respectively. So far, medical profession has paid no attention to the intellectual health of humanity for its preoccupation with physical health only.
Resilience
Resilience of a functional system is its ability to continue functioning well even under adverse situations. This concept applies equally well to organic and inorganic systems, organizations and health of individual living-beings. In case of individual health, resilience is not related to stoutness of body but to its adaptive capability to circumstantial changes.
Globalization has put a new challenge to health of a huge number of individuals required to move globally to meet their career and business aspirations. Their health needs more resilience than those staying in unitary climatic zones. Ecological damages too tend to bring about unforeseen climatic changes needing people to be tolerant to these, hence resilient health-wise.
Medical profession has not paid any attention to this health issue also, so far creating more patients to them due to failure of people's health in being adaptive to changes in circumstances which are now more common than before.
Agility
Resistance of a person's body and brain to effects of ageing is termed as his/her agility. Thus, an agile person remains equally hale and healthy throughout his/her lifetime irrespective of his/her age. This attribute of health has a higher demand now for the medical profession's success in improving longevity of people, thus creating a huge number of old sick persons in the world to be taken care for by the healthy people. Unless, people wake up fast to attain agility with or without assistance from the medical profession, the whole of healthy humanity will be plagued with carrying aged and sick people on their shoulders.
Agility is more of an individual's concern than that of the society or the medical profession. By taking selective, locally and organically grown seasonal foods, more of vegetables and fruits, and less of sugars, flour-products, and fats, an individual can attain a good amount of agility, though its attainment in full is still a long-distant dream.
Matter of good health is dealt in detail in my another eBook 'Simple Ways to Good Health'.
A2 : Individuality
A person's real worth is measured by his/her individual value, or individuality, which separates him/her from all others. Though each person has his/her individuality, many shy away from displaying theirs, and rush to be part of a crowd to hide themselves to avoid getting noticed. This shyness is weakness of their personality in terms of self-esteem and self-confidence. Such people never succeed through their efforts. They all rely on crowd psychology for their existence through seeking others' help.
To be successful on his/her own merit, the person must have courage to stand apart from the crowd, or to stick to and display his/her individuality. Only such persons are listened to and honored by others as pioneers of humanity. Some persons are made to be strongly individual and this makes their habits different from those of the other types. Therefore, identifying them is easy through their habits. Here are a few habits and personality attributes of such persons.
Introversion & Extroversion
Each person is a composition of introversion and extroversion in varying proportions, but those having courage of standing apart are introverts to a larger extent. Through introversion, they create a large personal space for themselves to ponder over in loneliness on issues concerning them and take their own decisions. Thus, they preserve and enhance their individual value and project it through their decisions and actions. Conversely, extroverts are great democrats with small personal spaces and their decisions are not of their own generally. Thus, they have a weak individuality.
For standing apart strongly, a person is required to stick to his/her own values in which their introversion helps. Therefore, such persons must preserve their introversion as their precious asset.
Courage to say and Listen 'No'
The humanity in highly inflicted by mob psychology with people subscribing to conformism and behaving diplomatically to please each other with their fake postures and verbal stands. On any issue, they never gather courage to say or listen 'no' with the objective of pleasing others. In this process, they displease their respective own selves by often saying just opposite to what they really feel about the issue in hand. This displeasure of the inner self by the external self weakens their individuality through bi-parting it into inner and outer selves pulling in opposite directions.
Ruthlessness
The diplomatic world has put a dirty label on ruthlessness which is nothing but truthfulness, thus undermining truth through fake conducts. Only those having courage to stand apart and on their own strength of conviction can afford to be ruthless and truthful without bothering for subjective interests and pleasures.
Subjectivity & Objectivity
Just like ruthlessness, subjectivity is also highly undervalued by the conformist and diplomatic world, with people taking shelter under objectivity in their decisions and conducts for saving themselves from owning responsibilities individually. The subjective approach puts burden of accountability on the decision maker which only few with courage of their own convictions can afford. This way, those who dare to stand apart are subjective in their decisions and conducts to a larger extent just like their being introverts to larger extents. With subjectivity, they own responsibility and bear accountability, which those relying on objectivity avoid skillfully.
Will to Confront and Argue
This is the final conduct part of a person. Since there remains no scope for arguments and counter-arguments between conformists, their decisions are never tested
