About this ebook

Most change looks at how organisations change and ignore the individual. This booklet looks to redress that balance by proposing a model of change that closes the past whilst acknowledging what worked. Creating a vibrant vision of the future and helping identifying first steps/actions.

Using Personal Construct Theory as a guide which places individual meaning and sense making as the main focus it provides change agents with some useful tools and techniques for managing change.

It has been claimed that we are all intrinsically active and can be seen as forms in motion (Kelly 1955/1991, Neimeyer 2009).
