About this ebook
In this funny, simple, practical guide to venting stress and anger, Alex Berhane, the founder of VentNation.com, shares his own, sometimes quirky, venting methods along with many of those posted on his popular website. What's more, he includes links to short, animated videos to the methods, creating even more attachment to this already-addictive manual on stress relief. 101 Ways to Vent organizes the venting methods into four categories: no risk; low risk; moderate risk; and try at your own risk. If you have always used a few of the same methods to vent, allow this volume to stimulate your imagination. Overall, it can be a useful contribution to improving your confidence, outlook and even health should you decide to vent in any of the 101 ways.

Alex Berhane is a business development consultant turned wanna-be-writer. He took a hiatus from his family’s thriving business in South Florida to pursue his dream of writing. What better topic to begin with than something he loves to do – listen to people vent? He is the architect, creative mind and chief delegator behind www.VentNation.com, which gave rise to his first published work, “101 Ways to Vent.” As the creator of www.VentNation.com, Alex has come across some many different ways that people choose to vent, and he has compiled them in this sarcastic, humorous book.

About the Author
Introduction
"Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways."
― Sigmund Freud
We all need to let it all out sometimes. When we keep negative emotions inside, we risk them harming us or exploding uncontrollably and harming others. Thus, we have created 101 ways to vent. They are organized into four categories: no risk; low risk; moderate risk; and try at your own risk. The risks associated with the vents may include financial loss, possible retaliation, arrest, or even actual danger. We don’t promote or suggest that you do anything that may cause you or another person harm. We just want to give you as many options as possible to vent that will actually relieve your stress, anxiety, tension or depression. The focus is on you, not the person or situation that triggered your anger or hurt.
Some people only prefer to curse or fight when they’re angry. Meanwhile, others simply cry or withdraw. After reading this book, though, you should be able to find new, more appropriate or effective ways to vent. The goal here is to get you to say or do something that brings you relief.
NO RISK
VentNation.com
Places to vent online are few and far between. Of course, there are social sites such as Facebook and Twitter, but people tend to censor themselves on those sites. Then, there are those female support forums
where chicks vent about how their men are not treating them right and stuff like that. Well, forget that. This isn't Lifetime. We're talking about VentNation.com. Whenever you want to REALLY vent your anger and frustration, I mean, literally let it rip and make your feelings known, unfiltered and uncensored, VentNation.com is your platform. You could even vent anonymously, and we recommend you do unless you have balls of steel.
