As far as books go on loss, this one is packed full of information. The authors cover many varieties of loss, including ones that we don't always think about when we think about mourning. I found most helpful the portions of the book that deal with the various symptoms of grief and ways to move towards healing. There are also sections that deal with how to help children deal with grief and a great chapter for those who would like to offer comfort to those in mourning.
