      Interesting.

      This is a very difficult book to rate. There are certainly elements that I find excellent, but overall, I find that I cannot recommend the book. I initially thought to rate it five stars, and then after thought and discussion, was going to rate it one star. I have "compromised", because of those parts that I did enjoy, and that have changed my outlook on life for the better.

      However, this book is very much a mixed bag.
